  1. Being “tall enough to duck, but short enough to stretch” -as a way of describing your height made me chuckle! I think I’m tall enough to ride a rollercoaster in a booster seat and short enough to stretch for 50% of supermarket items!! 🙂

*gaspppsss* I LOVE nesquik – I keep asking my mum to buy some for me LOL! And thank you so much for the nomination – am I answering the questions that you answered? God bless xx

    1. yes… the same questions. Sorry if I did not include that
Tell your mom my doctors have me drinking Nesquik because it has 20 times the potassium of a potassium supplement… for my bones, skin, and immune system. It is high in Vitamins C and D as well.

        1. If a person has to worry about sugar, it would be a no no. When my potassium was dangerously low enough to be at risk for a heart heart attack, I was prescribed a potassium solution but had a reaction with 30 minutes that lasted 27 hours. So instead every time I had to go to the pharmacy for meds I would get one as though getting a med, and whenever having to get a drink while out at store, I would chose one instead of just water or soda. That alone improved my potassium numbers AND my Vitamin D that is always considered severely low.
Glad your mom looks out for you!
Way to go, Mom! God loves you!

That’s really interesting – I pray that your potassium levels will regulate! 😋 Oooh and some wisdom from when I was a little kid, eat bananas, because they contain lots of potassium! Hehehe xx

      1. I used to love Nesquik but haven’t had it in years now. I do like plain milk, and chocolate milkshakes, which have goodness too with calcium, protein etc. Now I know about Nesquik’s magic Potassium powers I’ll have to get back on it! Any excuse… 🙂
